The Lancaster Ladies City County Golf Association, (LLCCGA), of Lancaster, PA started in 1963 for the amateur women golfers in the county.

In  2025 we held three tournaments , the 2 Person Scramble, the 2 Person Better Ball, and the Senior Amateur.  We did not have enough interest in the Individual Amateur to hold that tournament.  We are exited to offer four tournaments in the 2026 season adding a new opportunity to promote friendly competition, the 2 Person Scramble, the 2 Person Better Ball,  the Senior Amateur, and adding an Modified Alternate Shot offering two divisions, Mixed and Lady Partners.

In the past, we have had representation from 11 golf courses throughout Lancaster County. Our tournaments have been scheduled amongst all 11 on a rotating schedule but that rotation schedule is on hold. These include 7 public courses and 4 private/country clubs.

We offer sponsorship opportunities for all of our tournaments held throughout the golf season. If you are interested in sponsoring any of the tournaments, please contact someone on the Board. Your sponsorship will help us to encourage friendly competitive golf to Lancaster area women aged 14 through 80+. For your sponsorship, you will be provided the opportunity to have your company name listed in the program and recognized on our website.  In 2026 we are happy to announce a new sponsorship opportunity.  An Elite Sponsorship of $2000, entitles the sponsor acknowledgement at all of the tournaments for their generous total season support.

Our Mission

The Association was formed and exists for the purpose of encouraging friendly competition among the women golfers in Lancaster County, PA.  Participants must have a GHIN number to participate in LLCCGA tournaments. The association will hold in accordance with and subject to the Rules of the United States Golf Association, tournaments such as an Annual 2-Person Scramble Tournament, a 2 Person Better Ball, an Annual Mixed Tournament (organized by LLCCGA since 2010) and/ or an Annual Senior Amateur Tournament and such other events as shall be decided upon by the Board of Directors. 

In an effort to encourage comfortable participation, we have adopted this Results Reporting Policy.  Tournament results on the website will include all participants and their scores.   The results reported to the  newspaper will include the Event and Elite Sponsors names, the Over All Low Gross winners and their score, and the Low Gross and Low Net winners in each flight and their scores.  The rest of the scores will not be reported to the paper.

LLCCGA has in the past offered a  $1000 scholarship to an eligible Lancaster/Lebanon graduating high school female golfer who has been accepted to a college/university or secondary educational facility of their choice.  We hope to continue with our scholarship program in 2026.
